Order Processing:
Upon successful payment and confirmation of your order, we will initiate the order processing, which includes the following steps:
1) We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order information.
2) Handcrafting process takes 7-15 business days: As handcrafted items involve intricate processes, they require a certain amount of time.
Shipping Method:
Shipping: USPS、UPS、DHL
We will choose the most suitable shipping method based on your order details and destination. If you want to receive the product quickly, you can choose Expedited shipping method on the checkout page.
Shipping Time:
(1) After the order is confirmed, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible. Exact delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected.
Shipping time for ordinary products: 10-20 working days
Handmade products shipping time: 15-30 working days
International delivery usually takes about 10~20 business days.
US orders shipped by UPS or DHL or US Postal Service (in bags)
(2) You will also receive a delivery notification message from the store. Please also pay attention to the email we send you after the order is shipped.
(3) In most cases, your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please see tracking information for latest delivery dates.

All orders over $50 qualify for free shipping, but expedited shipping is available for urgent needs at an additional cost!

Packaging and Protection:
To ensure the safe delivery of products, we take necessary packaging measures. If you receive damaged goods, please contact our customer service team promptly for assistance.
Signing Instructions:
Please sign for packages promptly upon receipt and inspect them for any damages while the delivery personnel are present. If issues arise, contact us immediately. We are not liable for losses due to delayed signing.
Tariffs:
You are responsible for any customs fees; however, in our experience, most customers do not incur these charges. If required, please ensure timely payment of customs duties.
