Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

Once the fabric has been cut and shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges as most of our fabrics are limited edition and custom cut to order specifications.

For the above reasons, we strongly recommend that you order samples before purchasing items in our online store.

Please note that each item is personally inspected by a member of the Bomng team for quality control before it is packaged and sent out for delivery, thus ensuring that your item is in perfect condition when sent to you.

About order cancellation and returns
Since each item is custom made for our customers, cancellations or returns will incur a 30% item making fee. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us before shipment: service@bomng.com. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. If you need to return the package, you can contact us after receiving the package: service@bomng.com, we will reply to you within 24 hours on working days. If it is a holiday, the time may be extended.

Notice:
Since our products are 100% handmade, we will confirm the order with you via email before shipping. Once your reply is correct, we will ship the product normally. If you cancel the order within 12 hours after placing the order, you can apply for free. If you apply for cancellation after 12 hours, 70% will be refunded, and 30% will not be refunded.

If you discover a fabric defect after receiving your order, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of the goods with photographic proof of the damage and email us at service@bomng.com. If the fabric is confirmed to be defective, bomng.com will pay for return shipping. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to customer-related reasons (such as size discrepancy, color deviation, etc.), the return shipping fee may be borne by the customer.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue where possible.

Product Return Instructions
We are committed to providing high-quality fabrics and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to return it, please follow the following return policy:

All returns must meet the following conditions:
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and original packaging, and will not affect our secondary sales.
Includes original packaging and all accessories.
Initiate a return within the specified return period (usually 15 days).

Return process
Contact Customer Service: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to inform your intention and provide order details and reason for return.

Review and Approval: Our customer service team will review your return request and confirm that it meets the return criteria. Once approved, we will provide a return authorization and notify you of the return address.

Packaging and Shipping: Please ensure that you properly package your returned items and send them back to the designated return address using a safe and secure shipping method. For security and tracking purposes, we recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.

Processing and Refunds: Once we receive and confirm that the returned item meets our return criteria, we will process the return and initiate a refund. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.


Refund policy

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually within three business days).

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company or Paypal, a formal refund may take some time.

All returns or refunds must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will need to return the unused item and provide customer service with a return tracking number.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If there are product quality problems, we will refund the customer in full and bear the shipping costs for the customer's return. If it is the customer's responsibility, we will only refund the cost of the purchased product, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
